One build request. An answer within 24 hours.
You fill in a form in our app in about 10 minutes. You see the price as you go. Within 24 hours you get your fit check: does it fit in 7 days or not, and why.
Sanne, your build lead, writes: I have read your build request. This fits in 7 days.
02 Day 0 · Build brief
One page. Everything in black and white.
What we build, what we don't, the price and the live date. You read the build brief, ask your questions in the margin and sign digitally.
You pay half when you sign: €4,750 excl. VAT (€5,747.50 incl. VAT) through iDEAL. Your start date is then fixed.
Sanne writes: This is your build brief. Once you sign and the deposit is in, I start on Tuesday at 09:00.
03 Day 1 and 2 · Preview and demo
Your real app, from day 1.
On Tuesday at 17:00 there is a preview with sign-in. On day 2 is the demo: you point out your remarks right on the screen.
Not convinced after the demo? Press the stop button and you get your deposit back, minus €1,500 excl. VAT (€1,815 incl. VAT).
Sanne writes: Your app is in the preview, with sign-in and test data.
04 Day 3 to 6 · Build week
Further every day. You see exactly how far.
Every working day there is a new version in your preview. At the weekend you test, and what you see, you write down.
05 Day 7 · Live
Start on Tuesday. Live on Monday.
The handover in the app: documentation, a video and the accounts. Only now does the rest of your payment follow, then the code and the IP-akte.

So you know where you stand.
No software whose core process falls in a regulated domain, no app store apps in a build, no calls: everything goes in writing, in our app.
What if you stop?
Nothing breaks.
After the full payment the code of your app is in your own account, and it builds from your own copy of our framework, never from our servers.

What does it cost?
A build costs €9,500 excl. VAT, €11,495 incl. VAT. You pay 50% when you sign the build brief and the rest at live. After live you choose maintenance, €995 a month (€1,203.95 incl. VAT), or keep building, €7,495 per 31 days (€9,068.95 incl. VAT) with maintenance included. Every price fixed.
What fits in 7 days?
Up to 2 apps, each with its own address and sign-in, within the standard limits. What does not fit, your fit check says, and also what does.
When can we start?
A new build starts every Tuesday.
Who owns the code?
You do, once the build is paid in full. You get the code with its whole history, in your own GitHub if you like, and we sign the IP-akte.
Do you use AI?
We use AI to build faster. A person checks every line.
Can I call or book a video call?
No. Everything goes in writing, in our app: every question, every answer and every decision. That way it is in black and white, for your whole organisation.
